A vendor exhibition will be conducted to complement the technical presentations. A limited number of exhibit booths (6 sqm) is available.

The rental fee for a standard booth (2 x 3 m) is 1,750 Euro plus Value Added Tax (VAT) of 19 percent. For each booth one conference badge with full conference participation will be provided.

Booth rental includes:

• Standard wall divisions (white)
• Standard signboards with max. 25 characters, 30 mm high, black)
• Standard plug (16A / 230 V)
• 2 spots
• Cleaning (at night)
• 1 table
• 1 chair
